2012 LAMOT Penalties
1. Tampering with a sealed 602 LAMOT motor in any way:
A. Motor will be confiscated by NASCAR officials.
B. Loss of all points and money for season.
C. Suspension from LAMOT division for the remainder of the season.
2. Tampering with Shocks:
A. Loss of all points and money for the night.
B. $500 Fine to be paid to LAMOT Inc. before the next race event.
3. Fuel: Use of any fuel other than 93 Octane Pump Gas:
A. Loss of all points and money for the night.
B. $500 Fine to be paid to LAMOT Inc. before the next race event
4. Tampering with Carburetor:
A. Loss of all points and money for the night.
B. $500 fine to be paid to LAMOT before the next race event.
5. Unless rule infraction is specifically described above or in the rulebook:
1st Offense: Warning issued by technical inspector.
2nd Offense: Loss of points and money for the night.
3rd Offense: Loss of points and money for the night plus $500 fine payable to LAMOT Inc. prior to the next scheduled race.
